At Edinbane Lodge we celebrate the wonderful food of Skye in the warm and friendly ambience of our historic property.
Our supply partners are family and friends who farm the land and fish the waters all around Skye. At the Lodge, local chef Calum Montgomery creates dishes which showcase their very finest produce.
Let us take you on a memorable culinary exploration of our island, in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of our centuries old hunting lodge. Each element of our tasting menu combines the flavours, textures and colours of the wondrous variety of seasonal ingredients which grow in abundance on Skye.

We also offer an optional wine pairing for £70 per person,
We offer a choice of Tasting Menus for lunch priced at £55 and £75.
Your preferred option may be chosen at your table on the day of dining
