A Taste of Skye
At Edinbane Lodge we celebrate the wonderful food of Skye in the warm and friendly ambience of our historic property.
Local produce is at the heart of our restaurant.
Our award winning Chef Patron, Calum Montgomery and his wife Eilidh are from Skye, so they have many connections with food producers around the island from Fishermen to Crofters.
Most of our suppliers are relatives, childhood friends and new friends that Calum has built relationships with throughout his career.
Our menu changes every four to six weeks in accordance with availability and seasonality.
Let us take you on a memorable culinary exploration of our island.
Each element of our tasting menu combines the flavours, textures and colours of the wondrous variety of seasonal ingredients which grow in abundance on Skye.

Our dinner Tasting Menu is currently priced at £115 per person.
We also offer an optional wine pairing for £80 per person.
Please note that our dinner Tasting Menu will be priced at
£125 per person from Saturday 1st April 2023.
LUNCH
We offer a choice of Tasting Menus for lunch priced at £55 and £75.
Your preferred option may be chosen at your table on the day of dining.
Market prices for exceptional ingredients may vary and we may offer supplemental
courses for an additional charge.
DIETARY REQUESTS
When making a reservation for our restaurant it is very important that you make
us aware of any specific dietary requirements or allergens.
We source our ingredients daily and cannot guarantee that requests for
substitutes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.
SERVICE CHARGE
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill
