Edinbane Lodge is a casual fine dining restaurant with rooms on the beautiful Isle of Skye.
Set within an historic 16th century hunting lodge, it was completely renovated and restored in 2018. The Lodge offers a dinner tasting menu which evolves with the seasons and is driven by our passion for the abundant natural produce of our island.
We source the very finest local ingredients from family and friends who work the land and fish the waters around the Isle of Skye.
Awarded 4 Rosettes by the AA in 2022, the first restaurant in the Highlands of Scotland to attract such an accolade. The Lodge was named Restaurant of the Year at the Scottish Excellence Awards 2023. Recognised in Harden's Guide, The Michelin Guide and the only restaurant in the Highlands with an "exceptional" rating in The Good Food Guide.
Led by Chef Patron - Calum Montgomery, at Edinbane Lodge we all share a passion for the diverse produce that is found in abundance all over the spectacular Isle of Skye.
We source our ingredients locally and responsibly, ensuring that our abundant larder and our unique culinary heritage is protected, preserved and enhanced for future generations.
We collaborate closely with our supply partners. Many are family and lifelong friends. They are a select but very dedicated group of artisans, growers, crofters and fishermen who share our values and ideals.
We choose only the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients and prepare them with the utmost care to ensure they are showcased at their very best, when they arrive at your table.
Our process is grounded in our commitment to the produce and to the craft. Every dish we serve is imagined and created right here in the Lodge kitchen; much like it was for many generations at the Lodge when self-sufficiency and culinary invention were not choices, but an absolute necessity.
