This Christmas, we will be offering a food and drinks package for you to enjoy a taste of Edinbane Lodge in your own home.
Chef Patron Calum has created a special menu that will allow you to enjoy Christmas Day itself with minimal cooking required.
Simple and easy to follow instructions will be included with your Hamper.
Everything will be packaged and oven ready, so you don’t need to worry about scrubbing pots and pans on the day!
This menu revolves around our ethos of Local, Sustainable produce.
To start off - enjoy the freshest Hand Dived Staffin Scallops, Baked in the Shell with Cornbread and Black Garlic Butter on the side. Oven ready for you to enjoy in less than 10 minutes.
For main course, it’s Wild Edinbane Venison Wellington. All you will need to do is pop it in the oven when you are ready and reheat the vacuum packed accompaniments in a pan of hot water.
And to finish off, a rich Dark Chocolate Cremeux with Talisker Whisky custard and Praline Cream, portioned and ready to be served at the table.
Finish the day with Handmade Caramel Chocolates and Cider Fruit Pastilles.
Our Restaurant Manager John has carefully selected a Wine and Drinks Package to accompany the dinner. A bottle of English Sparkling Gusbourne Estate Brut Reserve, Half Bottle of Cotes Du Rhone and our signature cocktails are included, pre mixed for you to simply pour over ice.
All the preparation for the hamper will be done on site at Edinbane Lodge and can be collected on 23rd December.
